Has anyone here used SEAS for a lower prerequisite at UoM or somewhere else?

I am going to apply for family difficulties and under-represented school. I know that the clearly in for access melbourne with rural or financial is 78 for BSc, but as I don't have either of them, I was wondering exactly how much Access Melbourne would help out.
Subjects
2012: English [37], Biology [41], Specialist Maths [33], Methods [39], Physics [37]; ATAR [94.65]
2013-2015: BSc. at UoM

Are you sure the clearly in for Science under rural or financial is still 78?

If you don't fit into any of the two categories like you said above, your SEAS application will still be taken into effect and exactly how much it will help is hard to tell.  It will be read and the evidence looked at accordingly and you will be taken into consideration.

Can you apply for just one category, in my case, under-represented school?

Yeah you can, it's all taken into account. I just don't know how much.
