Does anyone know how to write the essay for the assessments? What is the essay supposed to be about and how much theory would it constitute as opposed to observation? and what do we say about our observation?

Haha yupp we have to observe the sunset and how it changes and makes you feel - and write an essay out of it! :-\ I can't even...

In that case, if it hasn't changed, then they hate you using "textbook definitions" in your essay.
