Just wondering if I should get any resources to assist me in methods. Or just textbook is enough etc ?

And is it too late to buy it now that it is already midyear-ish?

Never too late to buy resources!

Having said that, there aren't many good resource out there for methods imo :( Maybe the Derrick Ha notes and eventually, the ATAR Notes Methods guide :D

I would suggest checkpoints. The neap books are good too, and contain some challenging questions :)
