Principles of Business Law Examination

Hi,

In regards to the interactive tutorials, must we do the negligence (negligence: the duty of care, breach of the duty of care, causation of harm) and remedies in torts tutorials for the upcoming examination? The LMS specifically states that the examination will only cover weeks 4-12 with assumed knowledge of weeks 1-3. I'm not sure whether the negligence tutorials fall under week 12 of 'the scope of tort law' though. Also, I'm assuming we must know the cases from every skills task we have completed? I'd rather responses of 100% certainty, thank you!

We do not need to do any of the other Negligence tutorials. Michael said so in the lectures and I am pretty sure it's on the last slide of the overheads for week 10.
I don't know if you still have the supplementary materials from the start of the semester when you collected the PBL book but the cases you need to know and tutorials that you should do are in there.

I suppose it's no harm trying to do ALL the tutorials, especially the Negligence ones, since Michael did go through them in the lecture pretty thoroughly. But yeah... Look through the list in the supplementary materials.
