Do you use Spesh Heinemann textbook? Its on page 324-5

I took photo from my mobile and tried half an hr, then error occured because file was too large @@
Btw, I saw it said "go to my document in CD then press enter to get the following screen" so ur CAS will set up this.
I think its better to borrow this book and CD from ur school library
