SEAS for 2011

Does anyone know if it's possible to apply for a seas category for a subject i completed last year? I've been contemplating and i defintely think it affected my study score

Simply put, no, they won't consider it unless you pester them and have mountains of evidence and documentation explaining why your problems affected your study score, and a substantial good reason to have delayed it until July 2012 ("just contemplating it" won't suffice, they won't think it would have posed enough of a problem if 8 months worth of "contemplating" has finally been enough for you to try your chances)
