What is the best way to prepare a bound reference for methods?

Some people use notes from companies, others hand write it. As long as you understand the notes it's ok.

Best to prepare you own.

You will know your weaknesses best.

You will know where you place what. and where to refer to to find it.

Writing these problems out itself will be a form of revision.
