Q's on volume and area

does any one have any tricky of hard area and volume questions.
I really need to practise on them for preparation for my next SAC.
My book doesnt cotain much.
The problems invovling maximum and minimum, differentation and integration etc.

please help!!! this is URGENT!!!

(1) Find the area of the biggest rectangle that fits inside the 3, 4, 5 triangle.

(2) Find the area of the largest square that can fit inside a regular pentagon of side 1 unit.

Answers
(1) A = 1.2 x 2.5 = 3 or A = 1.5 x 2 = 3

(2) A = 1.139 approx.
