Monash Open Day Student Ambassador?

So, I decided to try out to become a Monash Uni Open Day guide just for fun. But I just got confirmed that I'll actually be a guide. Has anyone here from Monash been a guide yet? If so, can you please tell me more about your experiences? Thanks.

How do you sign up?

^Like, months ago, they had it on my.monash home page, when you log in. It did say, apply to become an Open Day guide. I tried applying, got lucky i guess. You can't sign up now, since open day guide places has been filled. Should apply next year with me...

Yeah, I did this a few sems ago, it's pretty fun, you get alot of freebies and get to meet alot of new people, that's pretty much it really. Just meet new people and make new friends lol I was thinking of signing up this sem, but then cbf'ed in the end lol

You might still be able to volunteer with your faculty (I know the Law faculty starts looking for volunteers in July).

I had to cancel unfortunately. On the same day as the MFA FX Trading Competition
