do we just define operations??? what is it's function?

operations function what's its relationship to business strategy?
i checked my book, BM A+ notes, and shinny notes too... but i can't find it.. however, in A+ it only mentions relationship to business objectives...

Do you know what an operations manager does?

Your book should have that at least as a starting point.
