the difference between a proxy report and a recall survey??
Anyone have an idea??

A recall survey is when the individual who has done the activity fills out the survey whereas a proxy report is when a parent fills out a survey about their kids activity levels. This is because chidlren under 10 may have cognitive problems remembering what activity they have done and etc
