Some teachers say yes and some say no so does anyone here know if we can use dotpoints in the health exam?

You shouldn't rely on them as they lessen the value of your answer - if you're really stuck for time, dot points are better than nothing but don't use them if you've actually got time to write up a whole answer :) Because the extent to which assessors will give you marks for dot points is really unclear - some might, some might not - so it's best not to take the risk unless you absolutely have no other choice :)
All the best for the hhd exam! :D

My teacher told us not to write answers in dot points.

However when a question asks identify and explain ( something like that) I think it's fine to identify the major points as dot points and then explain each. Overall health usually requires us the explain rather than identify.
This is what I do :)

Are you ready for the exam? I hope it won't be as be as last years...

Ok thanks yearningforsimplicity and Em :)

No I'm not at all ready because I've been so focused on my other exams that I haven't had a chance to study for health until now. I don't expect to do very well but I'll try my best.

Naw dw I haven't had time at all until now aswell :(
However if you've been consistent you'll be fine :):)
Honesty I still think we can do well - we still have quite enough time so don't despair :)

I've studied fairly consistently throughout the year and done well in most of my SACs but I feel like I've forgotten everything and we only have one day until the exam! How are you preparing for it? I'm just going to lots of practice exams and allow myself to use notes for the first one or two.

I'm thinking of reviewing my notes and then memorising them - ESP memorising the concepts that are not 100% encoded into my memory haha :)
I want to do a few prac exams too but I think I'll focus more on my notes though because you never know what can pop up in the exam!
I think doing a prac exam without notes is a good way to see where you have gaps in knowledge - that way you know what you need to memorise :)
Ok I better get started then :/ haven't started yet!
