We're focusing on Linfox's Greenfox policy for the change issue.
But for technology we have also done Australia Post

we hardly touched on CSR at our school so ive had to research some other and i chose qantas.. funnily enough i found the background of the issue on wikipedia (god)

here's what wikipedia had to say for qantas, which ive found has helped me
"In August 2011 the company announced that due to financial losses and a decline in market share, major structural changes would be made. Up to 1,000 jobs will be lost in Australia and a new Asia-based premium airline will be set up operating under a different name. It will also launch a budget airline, called Jetstar Japan, in partnership with Japan Airlines and Mitsubishi Corporation. This change has become necessary due to the fact that airlines such as Emirates, Singapore Airlines etc. have equal or better service at a more competitive price. This problem with competition has arisen since deregulation of Australian routes (etc.) during the mid-to-late 1980s. Included in the changes are the cessation of services to London via Hong Kong and Bangkok, Qantas will operate to these cities with onward flights to London via Oneworld partner British Airways under a code-share service."

The textbook we use also has a summary of the qantas issue at the opening of the change management chapter, and explains technology as an issue etc
we use "Key concepts in VCE business management units 3/4 2nd ed" (dont know if you guys use a different one sorry)
