Im ranked 1 and got 85/90 for the midyear exam. How many marks can I afford to lose to get
40/41/42? Thank you

If you want to be safe I wouldn't lose more than 10 marks! The A+ cut-off last year was 80/90.

That being said though, the mid-year A+ cut off this year was 82/90, so i'd try to maintain your score :)
