checking early offers

How do you check early offers? I checked my vtac account just after I received my atar. There was no offer. Then I decided to wait a bit yet the website went downafterwards . I'm now trying to reach my mail box in my vtac account but can't check mails giving me an error "Please note: due to high traffic, the message centre is unavailable until 5:30pm Monday 17 December 2012." Has anybody received any early offer?
