When is the latest we can enroll in subjects by?

Timetabling opens on the 4th. I think you should enrol in your subjects before this in order to complete your timetable. However, that said, I think you are able to withdraw out of subjects and enrol into other ones by the 31st of March (census date) without incurring a fine.
