Arts Study plan

I'm more than a little confused by the options on the online study plan (Arts), and looking through the 'Welcome to Arts' booklet didn't really help me.

Ok, working my way down: Arts Foundation - fairly obvious
The Arts Foundation or Arts Discipline option?
And what exactly is Arts Discipline? The Arts subjects I'm not majoring in?
The other thing is majors and Major 2 - I'm not 100% sure what I'm majoring and minoring in yet, so do I have to put subjects in there? Would I put most of my subjects in the level 1 discipline subjects?

Sorry for this wall of questions but I would greatly appreciate any help.  :P
