Unavailable classes?

I wanted to get into a class, but it says it is unavailable. But there will be 17 places available on the 25th February. What does this mean? thanks

It means that there are no places available and that on the 25th of Feb they will open up 17 places,,,

Just wondering, do will ALL first year classes have extra places added on the 25th. If not, where can I find which are?
