Everyone does. In general, people actually fear public speaking MORE than death. I think someone would be lying if they said it didn't make them at least a little bit nervous.
You've never met me in real life but I'm super loud/charismatic/socially confident. I've been in plays in front of hundreds of people multiple times and I LOVE oral presentations. I absolutely LOVE them, they're my favourite thing to do. "Vomit your thoughts for 10 minutes straight, uninterrupted" - like a wish come true! And this year, before my oral presentation, I was actually pacing really angrily from left to right before the teachers told me I could start (they were sorting some papers). Everyone said I looked really fired up. Hahaha I was pacing left and right trying to make them think I was fired up - the pacing was a cover for how badly I was shaking!
Edit: Not that I was insanely scared or anything. I had been looking forward to the Oral. However physiologically I was just off the charts, mentally I knew they were going to love my speech.
