My teacher said that the only thing he heard was an excited voice with frequent breathing and a voice that was about to cry..I think I got like 25/40 but don't worry too much..you got this..my problem was that I've been having problem with spoken language in both my first language and english

Everyone does. In general, people actually fear public speaking MORE than death. I think someone would be lying if they said it didn't make them at least a little bit nervous.
You've never met me in real life but I'm super loud/charismatic/socially confident. I've been in plays in front of hundreds of people multiple times and I LOVE oral presentations. I absolutely LOVE them, they're my favourite thing to do. "Vomit your thoughts for 10 minutes straight, uninterrupted" - like a wish come true! And this year, before my oral presentation, I was actually pacing really angrily from left to right before the teachers told me I could start (they were sorting some papers). Everyone said I looked really fired up. Hahaha I was pacing left and right trying to make them think I was fired up - the pacing was a cover for how badly I was shaking!

Edit: Not that I was insanely scared or anything. I had been looking forward to the Oral. However physiologically I was just off the charts, mentally I knew they were going to love my speech.

Yeah everyone gets a bit nervous.

Even though I had 4 years or so of debating behind me, I was still a bit nervous :)

I't important to feel a few nerves or be a bit stressed:

Just did mine today, it went great! I think everyone is nervous at the start of it however throughout the middle you start to feel a little more comfortable (well I do) good luck everyone else on your orals! :)

Good to see they put sciences other than Biology/Chem into the MBBS; Psychology is so useful.

That's also my personal experience. And it always feels good when it's over!
