Concession Card

Herro.

On enrolment day, a Monash worker told me that I could get a printed out a tertiary concession card (application?) for public transport.
Can someone tell me what I can do to get this? My concession card runs out on the 28th D:

wes -> concession -> apply online -> get form from monash email -> print -> bring to train station -> PROFIT
