Investigation on Enzyme Activity SAC

I have a SAC on Thursday on enzyme activity and I have already revised
- What enzymes are/do
- Theories (Lock and Key/Induced Fit)
- Activation Energy
- Anabolic/Catabolic Reactions
- Factors affecting enzyme activity (Temperature, pH, amount of substrate/product, coenzymes and cofactors)
- Regulating enzyme affinity (competitive inhibitors and non-competitive inhibitors)

I was wondering if there anything else particularly important that I should know for this topic? Thanks

That looks fine :) it may help to look at Proteins biomacromolecules and perhaps levels of molecular organisation in the event of describing what occurs to the active site of an enzyme during denaturation :)

and maybe just learn about some specific enzymes and what they do :) I vaguely remember getting a question on mine about pepsin and optimal pH :D
