Investigation on Enzyme Activity SAC

I have a SAC on Thursday on enzyme activity and I have already revised
- What enzymes are/do
- Theories (Lock and Key/Induced Fit)
- Activation Energy
- Anabolic/Catabolic Reactions
- Factors affecting enzyme activity (Temperature, pH, amount of substrate/product, coenzymes and cofactors)
- Regulating enzyme affinity (competitive inhibitors and non-competitive inhibitors)

I was wondering if there anything else particularly important that I should know for this topic? Thanks

That looks fine it may help to look at Proteins biomacromolecules and perhaps levels of molecular organisation in the event of describing what occurs to the active site of an enzyme during denaturation

and maybe just learn about some specific enzymes and what they do I vaguely remember getting a question on mine about pepsin and optimal pH
