U3O1 Summary Report

My school is doing the summary report for our outcome 1 SAC and quite honestly I don't have much of a clue of how this is supposed to work, we get 2x45 minute lessons to do what exactly with the motion pracs we have done this term? Is it answering questions related to the pracs, summarising them or something else?

Each school would do this differently. It should be best to ask your teacher about this.
