I may be wrong but wouldn't forging entries in the logbook constitute some sort of fraud. Since at the end of the book you sign in saying it was all legit etc.?

I'm gonna turn 21 in like 6 months..I've barely done 30 hours..I've heard that if you're 21 and above..you dont need to present your logbook? am I right?

In this situation but also this advice.

I know you're eager but at least get in some practice. 60 Hours might not even be enough, it'd try for 80 at least. I know the time sucks and i'm in this situation too but you're a danger to yourself and everyone else too that way. No one is great the first time they learn anything new.
