In calculation, if part (a) was to find the mol, and the mol was found and rounded to 3 sig figs lets say

If in a later part requires me to use this mol, without being directly told to use part (a) but knowingly i do, do i use the rounded 3 sig fig number, or the one on my calculator history?

It's always best to use the non-rounded version for further calculations, I believe.
