What do you define as technology? Under a broad definition, technology can include non-electrical items such as spoons.

And what do you define as food? Does a blended steak count as an acceptable drink?

Anything with calories. No drinks except water.

Great job, you are doing. But going without food and sleep is really difficult. Read the novels or teach some children for free who are deprived of studies. Yeah, you can be a good reading tutor.
