what marks do i need for a bare minimum 30 study score?
sacs havent been that great, (a couple mid 80s, couple mid-late 70s, and one or two in the 60s)

Assuming you get a B+ for sacs:

High C+ or low B in the exam should net around a 30.

Get a B+ on the exam just to be safe though.
