When we initially discussed this over IRC, you stated that you are not worried about your subject for this year, and only want special provision for next year.

Secondly, you approached your school on the day of the SAC for special consideration, and honestly believe it's reasonable for them to approve it for you on the spot? Especially considering that this has supposedly been developing over two years, and now apparently it is absolutely critical that you have access to a computer for the SAC on that very same day. A computer can indeed provide you with an advantage over other student, and your insistence on one rather than any other form of assistance seems strange, to say the least. I do believe you that this is a real problem, but I can definitely see how this all would come off as quite suspicious.

Good luck waging your war on the world.

Now speaking with a clear mind, I was trying to get it for yesterday and found out regardless even if I applied 3 months for now I'd probably be rejected.

Hardly a war on the world. May have pumped a bit of ambition into my writing to make it seem this way but I believe I should be allowed it so I wanted advice on the situation and how to go further, not some sarcastic motive.

By the way there was no real vibe of "suspicion" I would have given off, as I was misled by a teacher in the process of receiving it. I just need help in how to do it.

Be careful of giving off a 'sense of entitlement' vibe. Your post is rife with it and if you go to teachers and a board at the VCAA with that vibe you won't get very far. The people who look after these claims at VCAA deal every day with people who have real difficulties often with much associated pain: motor neurone, cerebral palsy, etc. You are going to struggle to get sympathy because you have a sore back from carrying your bag carelessly for two years. I have no doubt that you are suffering from pain but just for the record, your post sounds a bit like the old "when I was a child, I had to walk 20 kilometres in bare feet in the snow to get to a one-teacher school with no writing implements..." and if you aren't very careful about how you approach it they are just going to tell you to stop whining and go away.

Sorry for not giving you any direct advice on how to deal with VCAA but how you go about it and your attitude is as important as the process itself.

Good luck.
