‘The language we use is the best indicator of who we are, individually, socially and culturally.”  Do you agree?

when they say individually, do they want me to talk about idiolect in one of my paragraphs? thanks :)

Yeah, the way you would generally tackle a topic like that is to split your paragraphs in to:

1) Idiolect (examples of specific people's unique lang)
2) Sociolect (e.g. teenspeak)
3 Ethnolect (e.g. Chinese-Australian English)

This way, you can ensure to respond to all aspects of the topic, referring to 'individually, socially and culturally'.
