Eyyy just wondering if anyone could give me some good resource sites for the Russian Revolution. Just starting it now and i want to get as many resources as possible. Thanks

lol we just finished the russian revolution....i dont know any sites but the books by Orlando Figes and Richard Pipes are a goldmine for historiography stuff. Pipes is a liberal and Figes is a revisionist/liberal

You won't find many good websites that prove much use. You are much better off finding books (even textbooks) by historians, as you will both learn the course and have good historian interpretations to use in the exam - a key part. You don't have to read the whole book, just a chapter here and there to get the jist.

For Russian Revolution, Figes and Pipes are a good starting point, then you could even get into some of the 'official' Soviet histories, Lenin and Trotsky's work, Schapiro. The more you read the better. Don't waste time with the internet, its full of unsourced opinions of little relevance to what you need to know. Good luck.
