Does anyone know much about this course?

I want to get more info before I finalise my course preferences

main questions are :
1. What do you actually do throughout the course?
2. Would you recommend the broad Engineering(Honours) instead?
3. Career-wise, how good/bad is it ? Difficult to find a good job in Australia ?
4. Anything else you know about it really... things you've heard from friends etc.

any help is appreciated !
