Sorry, did not check this thread for updates.

But what Bluesgirl has said is spot on, regarding organisations and examples.

My school did CUB for operations and went to the factory, but it is never too late to start preparing notes because this will be your most time consuming activity during the school year, and most of the time you won't have time to just sit and make notes, since they take forever and also with the craziness of your other subjects.

AOS 1 is definitely more than good enough, and yes, it is not a wonderful idea to go too far ahead because this can lead to becoming complacent in class which will negatively affect you and also you will forget things which means that you will have to relearn things, which will just be an overall waste of time. So don't jump too far ahead into the course just yet.

Holden had a change in EBA last year. This won't make much sense right now to you but later on in the course you cover 'employee relations' and this example ties in here.
You should be able to google this and find some information about it.
