A dream job is one in which you disregard the pay.
Eitherway I'd stick with my interest in the health sciences:)

I have noticed that there are plenty of jobs here that have decent to very good salaries. I am wondering whether this is because people have read the question differently or is there some quick way to become a millionaire that I am not aware of? Perhaps, sadly, this thread is full of too many smart people with not enough self-confidence (if lack of ability is the reason for why these careers are only considered as "dream" jobs). Or perhaps for most dream=reality and I don't have a point :P
