Not too sure if I'm posting in the right place...

Okay, so I was dumb enough to misunderstand one of the questions on the Monash enrolment website, and now apparently I can't apply for my CSP place.
I've already tried calling Monash Connect about this heaps of times but no-one has picked up.

What can/should I do??

How about going in person? You might have a higher chance of success if you tell them about your problem upfront since no one is picking up your calls.
