Volunteering

Hey guys,

So i have been thinking about doing a trip with ISVolunteering at the end of the year instead of doing a winter breadth. It involves a trip to south africa, 2 weeks volunteering % 2 weeks touring/activities. There is an option to do an accredited unit/subject during the 2 weeks of volunteering which really is what interested me besides the trip itself.

Just a few questions:

1. Has anybody done this/ know of someone who has done it?

2. The south africa trip departs on the 21st of Nov which is the last day of the exam period. Am i likely to get an exam on that day? If there is a chance i will, is there anything i can do to arrange it earlier?

3. he subject is organised through RMIT so will it easily be transferred over to UOM?

here is the website for anyone interested  http://www.isvolunteers.org/au/destination/south-africa/academic-credit

Thanks
