Has anyone done this subject?

I've got a document analysis coming up and wondering what format it should be.

Also, what is the final exam like? Is it MCQ? or Essay?

Hey,

I haven't done this subject but i did a level 2 history subject last year that also had a document analysis assessment piece. Basically i assume you have been given a list of dot points/questions that you need to include in your analysis. There is no strict format like paragraph 1, paragraph 2 and so on. What i found really helpful was i went to my tutors consult time. She informed me on how to structure the points, which points most of the word limit should be spent on and so on. It also shows the tutor you are actively working on the analysis and trying to better it by asking for help which they will keep in mind when marking it (even though they wont admit it  :P)

Nice thanks for the quick response.

So, I should ask my tutor for help and all that?

my second question is, was your exam like this:

1) for example, when did XXXX take place?
who was the leader of XXXX?
who killed XXXX?

or was it more like this
2) Write a 800 essay on why women in WW2 did XXXXXXXX

Hey,

Ye the best person to talk to would be your tutor in their consult time. They will be able to answer all of your questions and its shows you are actively working in the subject. I was lucky enough not to have had an exam but a final research essay instead that we completed at home. All the best!
