Encountering Conflict Reading?

I'm a maths / science kinda guy and when it comes to something like context, I'm absolutely horrible. Does anybody know of any reading material for the following concepts of conflict?:

Nature of Conflict
Responses to Conflict
Causes of Conflict
Consequences of Conflict
Resolving Conflict

Also, if you have any tips for studying context, feel free to let me know
