Not going to get an 80 ATAR

Feeling pretty depressed right now. I've ruined my SAC results so much that I'm not going to get an 80-83 ATAR to get into either of the Monash's for Arts.

English: 12/20, 13/20, 24/30, 15/30, 40/50, one sac left /50.
Psychology: Averaging about 50% doing really bad. one sac left
Economics: 90%, 100%, 50%, 45%, 51%. one sac left /50
Global Politics: 39/50 38/50 45/50 one sac left /50
Legal Studies: GA1: 96/100. GA2: Sitting on around 38/70. Was about ten marks ahead of the next person but then mucked up two small SACS and wouldn't even be top 10 anymore. Have a SAC tomorrow which I'm going to do shit as well.

FML. I feel like shit. Even if I did decently in exams I won't get an 80 ATAR, I'm looking at around 75.

Sorry for this pointless post. Just wanting someone to tell me i can still get an 80 atar.

You're in the wrong place. Sitting at your desk reading your textbook might be a good start.

Don't go fishing for sympathy. Get out of your pathetic self pity and do something to help yourself. Moaning about it on an anonymous forum is not going to give you a higher ATAR. You're seriously deluded if you think that.

Ease up mate, he's obviously feeling apprehensive and worried about his future.

Just do the best you can for the remaining SACs and really go hard at the exams. Remember, the exams are worth alot more then your SACs so you still have hope.

I don't think that an ad-hominem attack whether inadvertent or deliberate, was necessary either way.

Could you not? I've already taken action with the post earlier in the thread, this is just blatantly immature and rude. Do you feel justified in taking someone's confession of abuse and using it against them horribly just because they said something mean?

No bullshit from anyone else in this thread.

OP: By the end of the year, my principal and teachers were constantly having meetings with my girlfriend because they feared she'd fail VCE at one stage (only took four subjects, if she failed one, game over), and later that she'd get a really horrible ATAR. She knuckled down and ended up with an 85, and a 47 study score in the subject where she hadn't messed her SACs. Your situation is bleak but the only way it's going to get better is if you go HAM, so you may as well do that and just see what happens. Whatever happens, it can't be worse that what was going to happen, right?

You're underplaying this quite a bit. What anna.xo said to BucketPreacher was also extremely rude and hurtful, could be the type of thing that sends someone over the edge.
Yes, my definition of mean includes extremely rude and hurtful. Why are you so quick to turn around and be extremely rude and hurtful after being indignant about someone being mean and hurtful? Use the report to moderator funciton otherwise you are exactly the same as the person you're responding to.
