Anyone know how to structure this essay?

Some paragraph ideas: (i'd personally partially agree/disagree with prompt)

Old age - Margo's realisation of age encourages her to resign from her position in theatre to a satisfying position of wife to bill

Eve dismissing both loyalty and trust - becomes manipulated herself, and although becomes famous, she does not achieve the same satisfaction and success she would have otherwise hoped for.

And you could disagree with the prompt as well:

Margo was initially satisfied, however Eve's manipulation granted her her dreams whist forcing Margo to quit the theatre.
