Timetableing...Chem Labs clash with auto-allocated lectures

I'm attempting to sort out my timetable but all the available 4-hour chemistry labs clash with my auto-allocated lectures. There is literally no options for me to choose that don't clash... how does this even happen

Last semester I had lectures with MTH2010 clashing with MTH2232, when MTH2010 is a co-req for the other.

You either e-mail unit coordinators, complain and hope for the best, or deal with it.

On a serious note those lectures are probably recorded. Clashes are unavoidable with the amount of students enrolled in each course which varying type of course progression etc.

Choice always comes at a price, and in this instance, the opportunity to physically attend all lectures.

P.S. Don't bother emailing the unit coordinator for a choice. They're not going to bother with you unless a good half of the cohort has clashes too. Perfectly fine to email if you want to complain though but don't expect a respond.
