See the List of Topics (most issues still current), Mr T-Rav's excellent posts Oral Presentations: How to speak in Public (from the 2012 PESA Champion) and How to write a speech, and VivaTequila's sample speech.

A reminder that a good topic doesn't get good marks - a good speech gets good marks.

EDIT: more samples: Stick's example and Limista's example.
