Getting in an early example for 3/4 Australian English! And so that you don't have to use togs/bathers/swimmers as an example for regional variation in AuE - the assessors have grown to dislike those through overuse, from what I've heard.

This is discussing regional variation around the humble potato cake. That's the Victorian term, as far as I'm aware, but there's more like "potato scallop" and "fritter" they discuss in the article. :)
