You don't have to be 18 to do an RSA! Or at least, not in Victoria :)

Just need to add that you can get it before the age of 18, but you can't use it :) It'd be nice to beef up your resume though!

Oh sweet. Do think an online course would be fine by employers, or would it be worth finding a brick and mortar certification company?

I actually didn't know you COULD get it online, so I'm not too sure. I don't imagine it'd make much of a difference -- it's all the same information.

I believe in NSW that you can do it online, it's just Victoria that doesn't let you do it online :)
