Hi everybody!
Hope your oral exam preparations are going well!
I'll be holding a
VCE Chinese SL/SLA workshop next Thursday in the city and I'll be going through techniques, tips and strategies in relation to the general conversation, detailed study and of course, the written exam. I know the XJS Mock Orals are coming up, so this will be a good opportunity to learn a few more tricks from me, haha.
Just a bit about myself: I graduated from Scotch College in 2012. I achieved a 49 (53.6) in Chinese in 2011 and I have been tutoring Chinese SL/SLA for 5 years now. I was Dux of Chinese at Scotch College and Dux of Chinese Second Language at Xinjinshan Language and Culture School in 2011. I am currently the Senior Lecturer of Chinese at Connect Education and an Oral Assessor at Xinjinshan Chinese Language and Culture School since 2012. I have also lectured at various schools including Balwyn High School and I was most fortunate to have been taught by the Chief Assessor himself. My mum was also a VCAA assessor of the subject.
Here are the details of the workshop:
