You need to either upload your essay document as an attachment or copy and paste your essay into your post. I have attached two pictures to this post that will help you find the attachments section of a post.

Is there any way that only she (Luaran) can read my essays ? Apparently its Public and everyone can see it .

Use the forum's Personal Messaging system:
Step 1: Find Lauren's Profile.
Step 2: Go to Action --> Send Personal Message.
Step 3: Post your essay in the allocated box. Like with the forums, you can use BB Code.
Step 4: Click "send Message"

Bear in mind that admin does see these PMs but it is not publicly available.
