Hey, guys!
Iv been searching online but i can't really find any complete course notes for hospitality - kitchen operations
does anyone know any website where i can access them or is anyone willing to share notes??
it'd be a tremendous help:)

Hey,
I do hospitality but I study the food and beverage stream.
I would be willing to share/upload some of my notes as I think that some of the topics overlap (e.g safety, hygiene).
What topics do you study?
I can upload them once I get home (some aren't 100% finished yet though! )

So here are my summaries for hospitality at the moment.
I'm pretty sure that we both do the topics: hygiene, safety, work effectively with others and source and use information on the hospitality industry., however I also included my other food and bev topics.
