What makes Snapchat so popular?

What are your thoughts? Do you use Snapchat yourself?

Snapchat allows people to send photos and essentially have no consequences.

There are drunk, random, risque, daily and dare I say it.... low key sexting/revealing shots on Snapchat (Not condoning this, but some people I know do kinda... haha...then again they are partners and all) . This is because you cannot save photos, if you even dare to take a screen shot, someone will know and block you.

You can also choose which groups/people you want to send photos to.

Facebook got too safe, Instagram is too fake inspirational/fitness bullshit/contrived, snapchat allows you to be more selective and thus less self-conscious of who you shit post to I guess
