Hello! For the slingshot effect dot point in the Space module, do we need to know the maths behind it? I.e. do we need to know maximum velocity equation for how much velocity a spacecraft can obtain?
THANK YOU

Hey! Welcome to the forums ;D

Definitely not - Though if you want to know it, I guess why not! But all you need to be able to do is explain how the slingshot effect works and why we use it as a mechanism to extend our reach into further regions of space ;D
