bioengineering with med prereqs?

Hi guys,
I've been torn for months between following a graduate pathway in med or biomedical engineering. Looking through the requirements of the b-sci I noticed there's a limit of 87.5 points (7 subjects) of level 1 subjects, but in order to satisfy the prereqs for med and major in bioengineering I'd need to do 8 because I didn't do specialist:

Calc 1
Calc 2
Biology of cells and organisms
Genetics and the evolution of life
Eng systems design
Chem 1
Chem 2
Linear algebra.

I'm wondering if there's any way to make this work, or if I'll need to make some decisions after 1st semester and choose between them.
Thanks!

In your study plan there should be a section listed as science or breadth (image attached), with two slots available for either science or breadth subjects. I believe that you are allowed to enrol in level 1 subjects using this section.

could also do Chemistry for BioSciences to open up another slot
