Can we memorise answers for SACs?

So for my Outdoor Ed SAC we basically have to do a case study sort of thing - We know what's going to be on the SAC, it's not questions so much as a list of things we have to include, but we need to write it in essay form.

So anyway I had no idea what I was doing haha but I've got checkpoints and it has answers (somehow our textbook doesn't have any specific information ::)). So I was wondering if people know what level of memorising other peoples answers and repeating them is ok with VCAA?

VCAA rules say
Quote
4. Acceptable levels of assistance include:
-the incorporation of ideas or material derived from other sources (for example, by reading,
viewing or notetaking), but which has been transformed by the student and used in a new
context
-prompting and general advice from another person or source which leads to refinements
and/or self-correction.
5. Unacceptable forms of assistance include:
-use of, or copying, another person’s work or other resources without acknowledgment
-corrections or improvements made or dictated by another person.

I think that means that I can copy the information but not the exact wording (which is what i'm planning to do). Is that correct?
