Neurotransmitters

Hi guys!
i just wanted to ask if this a good description of the process of neurotransmission?
   The arrival of an action potential/ nerve impulse initiates signal transduction
   This results in vesicles containing neurotransmitters to fuse with the plasma membrane
   Neurotransmitters diffuse across a synaptic cleft via exocytosis
   The neurotransmitters bind to receptors on the surface of the post- synaptic neuron again triggering signal transduction
   Excess neurotransmitters are destroyed by enzymes

if not, how can i fix the wording?                    thanks in advance  ;D

Hi guys!
i just wanted to ask if this a good description of the process of neurotransmission?
   The arrival of an action potential/ nerve impulse initiates signal transduction
   This results in vesicles containing neurotransmitters to fuse with the plasma membrane - releasing NTs via exocytosis
   Neurotransmitters diffusemove across a synaptic cleft via exocytosis diffusion
   The neurotransmitters bind to receptors on the surface of the post- synaptic neuron or effector organ/gland again triggering signal transduction
   Excess neurotransmitters are destroyed by enzymes NTs are removed by various methods including enzymatic destruction or reuptake into the presynaptic neuron

if not, how can i fix the wording?                    thanks in advance  ;D
